The Path Less Travelled

The healthiest or highest version of ourselves can sometimes seem too advanced or difficult to embody. It takes insight to admit to our bad habits and overcome the patterns and effects of our behaviour. If we do not have the proper knowledge, our image and understanding of health is limited. Many of us still suffer from addiction and self harm. Addictions come in many forms and are not only limited to the most obvious ones. Accepting the truth about certain things is the first step in making a serious change. As evolved as we may seem, we still unconsciously support self harm and disease by communally partaking in semi-dangerous practices. Progressing towards a greener [more] sustainable lifestyle protects our children and our future. We must learn to value eternal wisdom and knowledge over Earthly matters and things. Much of who we are and what we associate with has nothing to specifically do with waking up to our eternal selves. In a sense, we waste our lives when we do not spend the majority of our time sharing our truth or gathering information that is useful to becoming healthier and holier. Knowledge that explains the essence of our existence and the purpose of our physical lives will always outlive and outlast material knowledge and personal opinion. Spiritual journeys can be challenging and isolating since many people deny certain principles and laws and therefore reject those who practice and live by them. However, it is better to be lonely with a promise in salvation than to be surrounded by people who love us but influence us in a negative or unspiritual way.
